After taking a job out-of-state, thousands of miles away, I entrusted the entire sales process of my West Seattle home to Sharon. Her assistance with preparing my Condo for sale was invaluable and made it possible to get the price I wanted without having to haggle of the price with potential buyers. She had readily available a painting contractor that painted the interior on short notice and the same with a carpeting company. Both these tasks proved to be well worth the cost. She even found me a window washing service that did both inside and outside of the windows making a world of difference in the interior lighting. Her recommendation for staging the home made all the difference. She even went out of her way to finding me a real Estate agent in the town where I was moving to. All in all I don’t believe I could have picked a better agent to sell my Condo.

Sharon helped us with the difficult process of finding a house in a short period of time. We came from Alaska for a 14 day house hunting trip. The realtor we had been referred to didn’t work out for us (wasn’t showing necessary urgency). We took a chance and called Sharon, who was the listing agent on a house we wanted to see. When we discussed our situation and urgency Sharon stepped up and spent the next 5 days hauling us around the area looking at everything available in our price range. A transaction we had together from Seattle to Yakima became quite the challenge but with Sharon’s diligence and foresight, we closed the deal and couldn’t have a happier clients. I was really nervous about buying a house because of all the bad things you hear about. Getting scammed or the agent not really caring about your needs or us as people. This was NOT the case with Sharon. She was professional and fun at the same time. Told us that when we find the house we were going to buy that we would know it and agree on it immediately. Thought that was just something she said that sounds good. Nope, so true. She also referred us to a mortgage broker, and he was great. The only sad part about closing and getting the keys was that meant i would not see Sharon anymore. Sharon helped us find and buy the home of our dreams! We had rather stringent requirements in terms of the exact neighborhood where we wanted to buy a home. Furthermore, we were only interested in recently built or newly built homes. Right from day one, Sharon was proactive, responsive, and focussed. Her local knowledge about Seattle-Bellevue area is outstanding. She went out of her way to follow up on some of our requests. For example, Sharon did an exceptional job gathering information on homes which were still under construction, but were yet to be listed. For this, she often went on-site and talked to the superintendent to get useful information about the property even before the property came on the market. She even went to the city office on numerous occasions to procure the lot and house layout/plans for unlisted and under-construction properties.
